At TerraFold, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as TerraFold cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for another one, you're welcome to do so within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that customers are also responsible for the return shipping costs for exchange requests.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
